Platform Manager, Insurance Platforms & Strategy

Aon New Zealand is seeking a Platform Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and day‑to‑day delivery of its specialist insurance platforms. You will bridge technology and business operations to improve capability, operational excellence and client outcomes.

Work closely with product leadership, analysis and engineering teams to drive end‑to‑end delivery from discovery to launch, aligning platform initiatives with business goals and compliance requirements.
