Platform Insights Lead: Content Migration & Performance

Concentrix in the Philippines is seeking a versatile KMS Lighthouse Platform Specialist to analyze, monitor, report, and optimize enterprise knowledge management and content management platforms during content migration initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with Content Strategists, Migration Specialists, QA teams, Project Managers and Client Stakeholders to drive content transformation programs and deliver performance insights.
