Responsibilities
- Lead platform operations team for container platforms and COTS services
- Manage incidents, changes, RCA, and platform lifecycle
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot COTS components
- Work with application and Authority Furnised Equipment (AFE) teams for integration and issue resolution
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and architecture documentation
- Ensure monitoring, logging, and observability
- Support patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Drive capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Experience Kubernetes / container platform experience
- Experience with Docker / Podman
- Experience installing and managing MongoDB, MSSQL, Nginx, Apache
- Experience with messaging systems (IBM MQ, MQTT, Kafka equivalent)
- Understanding of network, firewall, load balancer (for troubleshooting)
