The Background

We are partnered with a world class IT services provider based in Spain but working with clients on a general scale. They have created a new opportunity for a Platform Technical Lead to join them.

Responsibilities

You will own the operational engineering standards across our platform estate, defining what good looks like for production readiness, signing off on high risk changes, and pushing back when something isn't ready.

You will reduce repeat incidents by finding and eliminating structural weaknesses, replace manual tribal knowledge with automation and codified processes, and manage platform capacity before it becomes a crisis.
