Platform Engineer

Overview of the Role

The Platform Engineer is a hands‑on technical role responsible for the administration, support, troubleshooting, and operational maintenance of enterprise cloud, identity, endpoint, collaboration, and infrastructure platforms.

This role acts as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex incidents and service issues escalated from Service Desk, internal IT teams, and MSP support. It requires strong technical capability across Microsoft cloud technologies, identity, endpoint management, and infrastructure platforms, with a focus on production stability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services in production environments.
