Platform Engineer: Backstage & Self-Service DevOps

The HR Ally in Auckland, New Zealand seeks a Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate an enterprise-grade Internal Developer Platform (IDP). You will enable self-service workflows, golden paths, and seamless integration with enterprise DevOps toolchains to improve productivity, governance and standardization.

We expect 8–15 years of overall experience with 4+ years in TypeScript and Java/Spring Boot microservices, plus hands-on Backstage implementation and platform engineering.
