Platform Data Architect - Cloud, Security & Gov-Ready

NCS Group is seeking a Technical Architect (Platform Architect) to own design, governance and integrity of enterprise data platforms for Singapore Government digital services. You will lead platform design, build, migration and optimisation across cloud and hybrid environments with a focus on security, compliance and scalable performance.

The role requires hands‑on engineering leadership, review of low‑level designs, and mentoring teams to raise platform capability across multiple agencies.
