Responsibilities
- Development, monitoring, and implementation of improvements in KPIs.
Qualifications
- MUST live in Mexicali / San Luis RC3.
- 2-5 years of experience in plastic molding processes or Plastic Injection Engineering.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 / ISO 9001.
- Application and use of manufacturing tools such as KAIZEN, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED.
- Experience and knowledge in creating BOMs.
- Experience with CAD software: AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities.
