As the Acting Recruitment and Selection Supervisor, you will report to the Human Resources Manager. This role requires a strong foundation in recruitment, including job postings, interview guidelines, and data analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to enhance recruitment documents and streamline the selection process, focusing on hiring staff that reflects PLASP's commitment to diversity and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to the Recruitment and Onboarding team
• Review Head Office Recruitment requests with HR Management
• Develop job postings and timelines with recruitment
• Conduct the full recruitment process for complex positions
• Analyze recruitment data and onboarding statistics
Requirements:
• Human Resources Management Post Graduate diploma
