This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign‑on bonus.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.

About the role

Determine donor eligibility, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. Work under the guidance of the Center Manager and the Center Physician for medical issues. Familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry.

How you will contribute

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, education, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing serological protein electrophoresis.
• Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies.
• Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical issues.
