Plant Services Intern (Monterrey)

Position Summary
The Plant Services Intern will support daily operations related to facility and plant service activities that ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing environments.
This role provides hands‐on exposure to plant services processes such as equipment support, coordination with maintenance teams, technical documentation, and operational follow‐up.
The intern will collaborate with Plant Services, Maintenance, and cross‐functional teams to support equipment testing, track materials and requests, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills while gaining practical experience in an industrial plant environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, and electrical diagram interpretation
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proactive attitude with strong communication skills
