Plant Quality Engineering Lead (Saltillo)

Job DescriptionThe Quality Plant Engineering leader is a direct report to the Quality Plant Engineering Manager.
They lead the quality plant engineering team in charge of their perimeter.
On their meta function perimeter, in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction including warranty results in field and the plant efficiency, they lead the supplier quality, the plant quality convergence and manages the product/process evolutions in serial life.Additional ResponsibilitiesDaily Operational Production meetings with Quality Plant Engineering Manager and their team, control tower to deal with quality issues / production.Weekly meetings with Supplier Quality Development, ENG/CCLP Cross Car Line & Project, MFG/VPE/GAPE.Convening of the site director's / quality managers of the most failing supplier sites.
Meetings with suppliers.The holder of this function must contribute to improving the quality level of new and customer vehicles in a context of ever more ambitious quality...
