Plant Quality Director: Zero-Defect Excellence

Aumovio is looking for a Head of Quality to lead the quality management efforts at the Silao plant in Mexico. In this role, you'll model and instill a Quality Driven Culture while ensuring compliance with international standards such as IATF 16949. You will be responsible for the overall plant quality performance and will collaborate closely with operations and engineering.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in senior leadership roles. Advanced English proficiency and a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field are required.
