Plant Quality Control - Supervisor

Responsibilities:Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operations.Establish and direct the Plant Quality Policies & Procedures.Ensure there are no active escalations related to Q1/STA, maintain strict compliance with customer requirements, and respond to risks immediately.Ensure Control Plan maturity and robustness, eliminating recurrence and closing gaps identified during KORN assessments and customer audits.Drive a reduction in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), including scrap, rework, and warranty, through preventive actions and root cause elimination.Ensure 100% compliance with the FTQ daily management routine, including disciplined follow-up and effective action closure.Demonstrate strong leadership in Quality Management System execution, establishing cadence, operational discipline, and proactive escalation of risks.Implement a formal customer follow-up cadence to ensure timely, accurate information delivery and continuous visibility into progress.Optimize resource utili...
