Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in plant performance by implementing the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program.
- Oversee cross-functional projects including budget planning and tracking.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively collaborate across departments.
