Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join our Hazelnut Company Chile team in Temuco.

• Drive improvements in plant performance by implementing the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program.
• Oversee cross-functional projects including budget planning and tracking.

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively collaborate across departments.
