Plant Performance & Lean Projects Lead

Ferrero International in Valparaíso is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to enhance performance through the Operational Excellence Program. The candidate will oversee cross-functional projects and work closely with Plant Managers to meet operational goals.
