Plant Performance & Lean Projects Lead

Ferrero International in Renca, Chile, is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for their Hazelnut Company team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance improvement through projects aligned with the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program.

This role requires leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with Plant Managers to ensure operational priorities are met. An engineering degree, Lean Manufacturing experience, and fluency in Spanish and English are necessary for success.
