Plant Performance & Lean Projects Lead

Ferrero International S.A. in Chile is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to improve performance through their Operational Excellence Program. You will lead cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with Plant Managers to execute operational priorities.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in engineering, have solid experience in Lean Manufacturing, and be fluent in both Spanish and English to thrive in this role.
