- To start up or shutdown the plant as and when instructed.
- To operate, monitor and control the plant to meet quality, quantity and cost goals.
- To maintain good housekeeping of the plants, tank farms and tanks assigned to him.
- To take and send samples to Lab for analysis.
- To carry out routine check on equipment to ensure they are in good condition and report any abnormality / defect to his superior.
- To record down the plant process conditions and product quality analysis result and submit to the superior at the end of his shift.
