Plant Operations Lead: Electrical Manufacturing & Lean

Nidec México Reynosa is seeking a seasoned plant operations leader to direct and manage all plant operations, production, maintenance and quality across manufacturing lines. The role calls for a proven track record in leadership, Lean/6S, and strong financial acumen in decision making.

Expect to drive continuous improvement, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and leadership while ensuring compliance with Mexican tax and labor laws.
