Plant Manager, Worcester

Overview

Our client has a vacancy for a Plant Manager, for a permanent role, based in Worcester, Western Cape.

Qualifications

• B.Eng or BTech in Chemical Engineering (Chemical Engineering Qualification is preferred. Civil and Mechanical will be considered depending on relevant experience)
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in advanced water treatment
• Experience in anaerobic digestion, MBR, RO, UF, media filtration will be an advantage
• Previous experience in managing staff is required
• Understanding of plant health and managing water treatment assets
• MS Office proficient
• Skills in planning, attention to detail and process troubleshooting
• Innovative and accountable
• Client management
