Plant Manager

Position Summary

Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Plant Manager will have full operational and financial accountability for the facility.

The successful candidate will possess a proven history of driving profitability while building high-performing teams in a high-pressure die casting environment.

This individual will be expected to operate with the mindset of a General Manager, balancing customer expectations, financial performance, operational excellence and employee engagement.

Salary Range: $160,000 -$210K/year
