As a Plant Manager reporting to the Director of Operations USA/Canada, you will have full P&L responsibility and full up‑line responsibility for Production Engineering, Logistics & Operational Excellence, Controlling, Human Resources and all other functional departments for the MAHLE Tilbury site. You will have overall responsibility for fostering a highly functioning ONE‑MAHLE team culture, developing short, mid & long‑term business strategies, budgeting, cost reduction, warranty, staffing, safety and labor relations to achieve organizational performance in line with our strategic plan.
