1. Direct responsibility for the day-to-day operating management activities of the Manufacturing facility. 2. Accountable for compliance of the safety and environmental regulations. 3. Accountable for delivering products to comply with customer requirements in cost, quality and time. 4. Provide direction and coordinate activities of various non-direct support functions located within the facility to insure completion of company goals and objectives. 5. Insure employee harmony and moral by reviewing any employee concerns, complaints, corrective actions, etc. Work closely with representatives of the Human Resources Department to insure equal and fair implementation of company policy. 6. Insure all activities in the facility comply with Mexican governmental regulations 7.
