- 10 to 15 years of manufacturing experience including supervisory responsibility in medical and automotive devices industries in a plastic injection molding environment.
- At least 10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines (e.g., ENGEL, Haitian, Arburg).
- Familiar with mold setup, troubleshooting, and processing optimization.
- Working knowledge of ISO **** / IATF *****.
- Experience on Quality System (FDA-CFR), GMP's- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, motivational skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- High reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
