Our client in the PGM mining industry is seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to join their operation in the North West region.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong, operationally driven, and actively involved within the plant environment. This role requires a leader who is regularly present on the plant floor, troubleshooting equipment, driving maintenance performance, and ensuring optimal plant operations.

Minimum Requirements:
GCC Mechanical Engineer Qualification
PGM experience is essential
Open-pit / Open Cast mining experience
Strong operational and maintenance background within PGM processing plants
Proven leadership and team management experience
