Operational Management

Lead all day-to-day plant operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and logistics

Ensure production output meets demand requirements and supports achievement of revenue targets

Drive schedule adherence and on-time delivery performance

Monitor and manage plant performance through defined KPIs and operational metrics

Planning & Forecast Execution

Execute the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process at plant level

Align production plans with demand forecasts and capacity constraints

Drive improvements in forecast accuracy in collaboration with commercial and planning teams

Manage capacity planning, labor planning, and resource allocation

Financial Performance

Deliver the site performance in line with revenue and EBITDA plans
