- Lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and mentor a cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams to meet production and customer demands.
