Plant Maintenance & Reliability Lead

PepsiCo in the Western Cape seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner/Supervisor for FMCG manufacturing to embed GMP-compliant maintenance. You will develop optimized work plans, supervise maintenance activities, and ensure CMMS data integrity while coordinating shifts for 24/7 operations.

Requirements include 5+ years in FMCG manufacturing, leadership experience, and SAP proficiency. An Engineering qualification is advantageous; candidates with a technical trade are welcome.
