Plant Maintenance & CAPEX Leader

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance & CAPEX Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Los Reyes facility. This role includes overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, improving reliability, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience in similar manufacturing sectors. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
