Plant HR Generalist: Talent, Compliance & Engagement

Sonoco is seeking an HR Generalist in Toluca, Mexico to implement compensation changes, collaborate with Corporate Compensation, manage wage increases, workers’ compensation claims, and partner with plant leadership on DE&I, recruiting, and employee relations.

The role requires coordinating with plant managers, coaching performance improvement plans, handling disciplinary background checks, developing progression plans, and ensuring policy adherence, training and data-driven HR support.
