Plant General Manager, Cavalier Energy Centre

Plant General Manager This role is responsible for leading all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities at the Cavalier Energy Centre, Taber Wind Farm, and Kettles Hill Wind Farm. It ensures safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operations aligned with ENMAX Energy Corporation (EEC) strategy and all regulatory, environmental, and contractual requirements.

Major Responsibilities

Ensure all facility objectives and personnel actions are in alignment with ENMAX Energy’s Generation expectations. Direct and manage facility staff, contractors, and service providers and ensure facility personnel comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and procedures.

Administer the facilities Safety & Environment, Emergency Response, O&M, Administrative, Training, Engineering, and Chemistry programs to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the facilities.
