Plant Finance Controller – Budgeting & Cost Control

Republic Cement is seeking an Assistant Finance Controller to partner with plant leadership and drive financial performance, cost control, and data-driven decision-making. The role is based at our Head Office in Taguig with occasional on-site work at our Danao, Cebu plant.

As a mid-senior professional, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, monitor KPIs and variances, ensure accurate product costing, and support Capex tracking across locations.
