The Tower Crane Plant Engineer manages the complete lifecycle mechanical reliability and structural integrity of heavy lifting equipment across construction sites. This role bridges technical engineering with field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and legally compliant crane deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Planning and Deployment – Conduct comprehensive site surveys to evaluate optimal tower crane positioning; factor in building layouts, access routes, and structural loading impacts during planning; coordinate the marking of crane bases and placement of structural ties per engineering drawings; formulate detailed Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA) for all crane operations.
