- 5+ years of experience in a plant controller position or similar role
- Strong leadership with direct reports.
Ability to mentor and develop employees.
Ability to set an example of strong work ethic, discipline and organization
- Strong communication skills with both the Plant Manager and the Senior Manager of Controlling, Mexico
- Willing to perform detailed analysis
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
