Excellent organizational skills
Ability to travel to the U.S. and Europe for periodic conferences
Bi-lingual (business fluent) in English and Spanish
Excellent Excel skills
5+ years of experience in a plant controller position or similar role
Strong leadership with direct reports.
Ability to mentor and develop employees.
Ability to set an example of strong work ethic, discipline and organization
Strong communication skills with both the Plant Manager and the Senior Manager of Controlling, Mexico
Willing to perform detailed analysis
Knowledge of ERP systems.
