Plant Controller - Juarez

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Establish and maintain robust control environment for Mexico manufacturing operations.
This includes financial controls, purchasing controls, inventory controls and controls over reconciliation of Annex 24 import/export systems.
Key member of leadership team driving accountability and achievement of operational and financial goals of the company.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for the accounting & finance function for Mexico manufacturing operations.
- Establish and implement controls and procedures to maintain a robust financial control environment for the operations.
- Responsible for managing Mexico statutory reporting, income tax and VAT reporting & compliance.
- A key member of the leadership team who partners with corporate and site leadership to establish and achieve financial and operational goals.
