JOB OBJECTIVE
The Plant Controller is responsible for managing all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, combining accounting expertise with strategic leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost control and compliance with company policies. The role provides quantitative and qualitative analysis to guide plant decisions and implements governance to control costs and expenses. Acting as a key business partner to plant management, the controller provides insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability.
YOUR TASKS
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and monthly variance reports; monitor results against budget and provide actionable recommendations.
