Job responsibilities
Planning
- Develop overall construction masterplan for a large construction project
- Apply critical path method techniques
- Maintain project baseline schedule, update project schedule periodically and analyse effects of any proposed changes / additional activities on the project
- Analyse project status and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks
Technical
- Assist to prepare tender technical proposal
- Device construction methods
- Operate drafting softwares
- Present construction methods clearly
- Work with BIM team to develop 4D simulations
- Plan for temporary works
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (ORGANIZATION)
People Development
- Abide to the importance of people development and respond to the company’s people development initiatives
