Job Description
- Attend production meetings, analyze shortages and non‑conformities in materials, machinery, and equipment, and make decisions related to balancing production by work area and personnel distribution in coordination with the manufacturing supervisor.
- Participate in the validation of production processes.
- Lead the planning team, providing support and orientation based on material availability and distribution.
- Attend Customer Service meetings and improve delivery dates for orders according to customer requirements.
- Maintain continuous communication with the Materials Manager regarding production status, emerging problems, and implemented solutions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of parts produced, items in process, work orders without material, and past‑due orders.
