- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed EPC schedules for FPSO topside modules and Oil & Gas platforms project.
- Coordinate and integrate planning inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and performance against the baseline schedule; identify variances, analyze delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, rundown curves and schedule risk assessments.
- Support interface management between yard teams, engineering centres, and client representatives to ensure alignment on planning deliverables.
- Ensure schedule verification and potential ‘cold eye reviews’ are conducted.
