This is a strategic role requiring deep expertise in project controls, planning, scheduling, and risk management within large‑scale transportation infrastructure programs.
Job Objective
- The Planning Manager will lead planning and scheduling activities across bids, projects, and programs, ensuring full alignment with the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB). The role requires strong capability in developing, monitoring, and controlling schedules, risks, workload, and costs.
