  • Prepare project briefs of the proposed township.

  • Prepare Procurement Strategies (PS) together with the scope of works for the appointment of master plan team of consultants.

  • Provide inputs and recommendations on aspects of urban development in determining the best and most effective way to plan for development.

  • Ensure incorporation of ESG/SDG into the proposed master plan

  • Interaction with other business units, departments and professionals for innovative products

  • Coordinating with Program Management Unit and Project Teams in achieving milestones for approval. Provide inputs and recommendations for an effective way to procure approvals in time.

  • Organizing/ facilitating workshops among stakeholders of projects to promote dialogues and recognize different perspectives.
