Duties And Responsibilities
- Preparation and updating of project schedule based on contract
- Prepare work program and target milestone of the project based on the agreed plan (Submittal Schedule, Procurement Schedule, Equipment Loading, Manpower Loading, Cashflow and Cost Loaded Schedule)
- Review and Anaylze weekly progress and preparre weekly reports for operation meeting submitted to Project Manager and Planning Manager
- Monitor critical activities based on project schedule and coordinate with site operations
- Updating of project work program and cash flow showing actual progress
- Identification of causes of delays, provide recovery program if necessary and/ or preparer for time extensions claims if necessary
