Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule Preparation & Management
•Prepare and update project schedules for tender, consultancy, and construction stages using Primavera P6 and MS Project, including developing multiple “what-if” scenarios to assess potential changes and their impacts
•Ensure project schedules and updates meet contractual and procedural requirements
•Coordinate with design, construction, and contract administration teams to align schedules with project objectives
2. Reporting & Records Management
•Prepare, compile, and maintain progress and productivity reports
•Assist in calculating material volumes and analysing productivity
•Maintain organised schedule-related records to ensure defensibility in case of claims or disputes
3. Risk Identification & Claims Support
•Track schedule risks and provide early warnings to project teams
