Responsibilities
- Develop baseline programs, look‑ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
- Define sequence of project activities, milestones, critical paths, and project deliverables relative to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Authority Approvals, Snagging, and Handover to meet contractual milestones.
- Establish realistic timelines for interior fit‑out works, including stone joinery, MEP finishes, furnishings, and handover activities in a detailed micro‑level schedule.
- Monitor project progress and track planned versus actual performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Monitor procurement schedules and long‑lead material deliveries.
- Coordinate manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
