Planning Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer (MEP) to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning scheduling monitoring and reporting of MEP works for high-rise building projects. The role requires strong expertise in project controls resource planning and progress monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules for MEP works using Primavera.
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules and look-ahead plans in line with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors and consultants to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and project performance analyses.
