AECOM is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for a major Roads and Infrastructure and bridges projects located in Dubai.
Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for small to medium-sized projects
- Analyze project financial data and identify potential impacts on project outcomes
- Assist in establishing project baseline data using drawings and specifications
- Conduct cost and schedule variance analyses to ensure project efficiency
- Collect and analyze progress data reviewing performance trends to support decision-making
- Apply earned value scope control and change management methodologies
- Analyze manpower labor hours and labor costs against budget limitations
- Track purchase order and subcontract commitments and expenditures
