Key Responsibilities
Construction Planning : Develop tender baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project calendars, activity coding and project logic. Develop resource‑loaded and cost‑loaded schedules. Prepare procurement engineering shop drawing material approval and construction programmes. Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules. Prepare weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly progress reports. Generate S‑Curves, histograms, dashboards, and KPI reports. Prepare look‑ahead programmes (2‑week, 4‑week, and monthly). Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation measures. Prepare recovery and acceleration programmes when required.
Delay Analysis & Claims : Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure programme compliance. Perform critical path and delay analysis. Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims with supporting documentation. Co...
